The problem of the absoluteness of pure ego as transcendental residuum, intersubjectivity, lifeworld ontology and the ontological crisis of science. The question of metaphysical presuppositions as found in Husserl’s philosophy, in relation to the most challenging criticism of metaphysics found in Nietzsche and Heidegger.
