Asst. Prof. Dr. Lidija Rezoničnik

Lidija Rezoničnik is an assistant professor for Polish literature at the Department for Slavistics, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She concluded study of German and Polish philology as well as study of Slovenian philology and Comparative Literature. She achieved her PhD with the dissertation The Polish and Slovenian Literary Canon from the Period of Modernism as Film Adaptation (2014).

In her researches, she mainly deals with contemporary Polish literature, Polish-Slovenian literary contacts, as well as interdisciplinary relations between literature and film in the context of film adaptations and imagological research.
